Directions for Reserve Teachers for Using the Classroom Projector
(Showing a DVD)
Turn on the computer station.
On the remote, push the orange power button in the upper left to turn on the projector (wait about 30 seconds).
Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to log in to the computer.
Username: subteacher Password: bluegold
Place the DVD in the computer drive.
On the task bar on the bottom of the computer screen click on the Windows Media Player (This is a white triangle in an orange circle).
Highlight the item you want to view and click play (the arrow to the right at the bottom of the screen).
Adjust the volume as needed (From the remote as well as the Windows Media program itself).
***If there is a separate speaker attached, turn the power on and adjust the volume as needed.
